The important thing is to have a Pesach Seder, so being flexible is not going against the Torah but doing it to the best of your ability.
This past year was a biblical Hebrew leap year with 13 months.
Sighted moon dates are as follows. Day 1 of the new year was April 3rd, 2022
Pesach Seder: Saturday, 16th April 2022. (Full moon rises just after sunset).
Hag HaMatzah: Sunday 17th April 2022 - till evening of Saturday 23rd April (both days are Shabbat rest days).
Shavu’ot: Sunday 5th June 2022 - 50 days from the 1st weekly Shabbat after Pesach. (Leviticus 23:11; 23:15)
