Pesach (~Passover) Festival dates 2025
The important thing is to have a Pesach Seder, which is a community service including a ceremonial dinner held on the first evening of the Passover. The Seder is in commemoration of the exodus from Egypt.
This past year was a regular biblical Hebrew year with 12 months.
Festival dates: according to sighted moon and aviv/abib barley reports by multiple witnesses from the land of Israel.
First Day# of Biblical Year/Rosh HaShana (Day 1 of Month 1): Sunday March 31st.
Erev Passover/Pesach Seder (Day 14 of Month 1): Sunday April 13th.
First Day of Feast of Unleavened Bread/Chag HaMatzot* (Day 15 of Month 1): Monday April 14th.
Last Day of Feast of Unleavened Bread/Chag HaMatzot* (Day 21 of Month 1) also Counting the Omer starts: Sunday April 20th.
Feast of Pentecost/Shavu'ot * (The 50th Day count starts with Wave Sheaf Offering Day): Sunday June 8th.
